These crunchy bites are very hard to resist. It takes 3 minutes to prepare the dough and if you are working on a parchment paper it will help you to pull it on a baking tray with a fast move. So you don’t have to place the small bites one by one in the baking tray, with this method you can save much time.  The fried, crispy snacks can be easily broken apart along the cuts. From this quantitiy, two large trays of crackers can be baked. It can be consumed on its own or offered alongside dipping creams. The cheese can be replaced by vegane cheese. The thinner the dough is, the crispier the crackers can be baked.

Preparation:
In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and the cheese then add the olive oil and the water. Knead a dough then divide it into two equal parts. Roll out the dough on a parchment paper into a very thin rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, slice it to parts as you like and with the help of the parching paper, pull it onto a large baking tray. Bake it in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for approx. 20 minutes until crispy. The fried, crispy snacks can be easily broken apart along the cuts.
