Use the prebiotic it’s us kate’s low carb cake flour mix to make really nice, thin, easy-to-roll pancakes. About 5 large pancakes can be baked from this amount of batter.
Ingredients:
- 40 g melted margarine
- 1 egg, size “M”
- 100 g it’s us kate’s low carb cake flour mix
- 180 g rice drink
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 coffee spoon orange flavouring
Method:
In a mixing bowl, mix the melted margarine with the egg loosely, add the other ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter with no lumps. Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes as usual. Serve them with your favourite filling and some powdered sugar on top.
