Ingredients for 2 people:
- 250 g kitti’s chickpea pasta
- 1 garlic
- basil
- pine nuts
- parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation:
- While cooking the pasta in boiling water, in a food chopper grind the basil with the pinenuts, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper and enough olive oil.
- Serve on your pasta with some extra rasped cheese and fresh basil leaves.
