This flatbread – made from low-carb flour – is a perfect addition to a gyro platter. Of course, you can also make sandwiches from your flatbread. 
Ingredients of the flatbread:
●4 g dried yeast
●250 g lukewarm water
●5 g cooking oil
Ingredients to the fried chicken breast:
●1/2 chicken breast fillets
●salt
●2 cloves of garlic
●2 tsp oregano
●1/2 coffee-spoon of ground black pepper
●1/2 coffee-spoon of smoked ground paprika
●2 tbsp olive oil
Tzatziki salad:
●2 db cucumbers
●1 db red onion
●2 cloves of garlic
●2 tbsp sugar
●2 tbsp vinegar
●1/2 coffee-spoon of salt
●300 g sour creme
●3 tbsp mayonnaise
+ Vegetables you like
Steps to make the flatbread:
●Measure the lukewarm water into a large bowl, add the dried yeast and the flour mix to it. Knead an elastic dough from the ingredients, during kneading pour the oil slowly to the dough.
●Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and form buns from them. Roll out the buns one by one into a half cm circles. Place them into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for half an hour at room temperature.
●Bake both sides of the fleatbreads for about 6-6 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C.
Steps to make the chicken breast:
●Slice the chicken breast into strips and stew them on some olive oil while adding the spices. Fry the strips for 20-30 minutes, until they are goldenbrown.
Steps to make the tzatziki salad:
●Grate the cucumber into very thin strips, cut the onion into thin slices. Put them into a bowl, sprinkle them with salt, sugar and vinegar. Add the sour cream and the mayonnaise to it, then mix the whole contents of the bowl together well.
●Serve the flatbread with the fried chicken breast, the salad and the vegetables according to taste.
