Ingredientes (for 4 servings):
●220 g lukewarm water
●10 g freshly squeezed lemon juice or cider vinegar
●10 g olive oil
●1 pinch of salt
●220 g Kate’s low carb sourdough bread flour mix
●Measure the lukewarm water, the lemon juice, the oil and the salt into a bowl.
●Add the flour mix and with fast moves and knead a homogeneous dough.
●Let it rest in room temperature for 10 minutes.
●Divide the dough for 4 equal parts and shape buns from them.
●In a pan, heat the oil, shape them into round, 0,5 cm flat circles, then bake until golden brown on both sides. Pick the baked langos from the oil on kitchen paper towels.
●Serve it to taste, with garlic, sour cream, grated cheese.
