These tiny muffins are so perfect that you can gobble up 4-5 pieces of them in no time. Ok, their size is not huge either, but their taste is really fantastic. Soft, juicy and naturally sweet. From this quantity of batter, 24 pcs tiny, or 12 pcs regular-sized muffin can be made. Try out the recipe and no question that not only the kids will like it.

Ingredients:

●2 eggs, size “M”
●100 g it’s us miklos’ universal mix flour mix
●40 ml plant-based drink
●80 ml oil
●72 g sugar (now cane sugar)
●5 g baking powder
●8 g dutch cocoa powder

Whisk the eggs and sugar together until it is thick and foamy, then add the plant-based drink and the oil. Pour in the flour mix and the baking powder and stir until lump-free. Mix the cocoa powder to the 1/3 part of the batter. Divide the yellow batter into 24 pcs of tiny muffin forms and add 1-1 tsp cocoa batter on top. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 170℃ for about 15 mins.
