Ingredients for 2 people:
- 250 g kitti’s chickpea pasta
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g minced beef
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 200 ml tomato purée
- grated cheese
- olive oil
Preparation:
- Use a large pan.
- Heat some olive oil and add chopped onions, carrots, garlic cloves.
- After a few minutes, add the minced beef and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Season it with your favorite spices and herbs and add the tomato purée with some fresh tomatoes.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes at a low heat and serve with your spaghetti and grated cheese.
