Ingredients for 12 muffins:

Preparation:

  • Beat the eggs, yogurt and oil until creamy.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix together well with a hand blender.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases.
  • Divide the batter among each of the muffin cups and bake them for 25 minutes.

Tip: Add fruit, chocolate chips or cocoa powder to make your muffins even more tasty.
