For 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 250 g maria’s sweet baking mix
- 110 g sugar
- 12 g baking powder
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml yogurt
- 80 ml sunflower oil
Preparation:
Beat the eggs, yogurt and oil until creamy. Add the dry ingredients and mix together well with a hand blender. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases. Divide the batter among each of the muffin cups and bake them for 25 minutes.
Tip: Add fruit, chocolate chips or cocoa powder to make your muffins even more tasty.
