Ingredients:
●200 g lukewarm water
●10 g naturbit psyllium fiber
●300 g it’s us miklos’ universal mix flour mixture
●12 g baking powder
●150 g lukewarm vegetable sour cream
●50 g of sugar (I use cane sugar)
●1 egg yolk of size M
●1.5 tablespoons of oil
Filling:
●50 g of melted margarine
●50 g of sugar (I use cane sugar)
●30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation:
●Measure the lukewarm water and powdered plantain in a mixing bowl and mix until there are no lumps, then let it rest until it has a jelly consistency.
●Add the flour mixture, sugar, baking powder, egg yolk and lukewarm sour cream.
●Knead a uniform dough, while adding the oil.
●Let the dough rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
●Knead the dough on a surface sprinkled with rice flour and roll it out into a thin rectangle on baking paper sprinkled with rice flour.
●Grease the dough with melted margarine and sprinkle half of it with the sugared cocoa, then fold the unsprinkled part over it.
●Stretch it slightly thinner with a rolling pin and cut with a pizza cutter approx. 1 finger thick strips. Roll up the strips and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
●In an oven preheated to 180°C, approx. Ready in 18-20 minutes.
