This recipe is for those with a love of chocolate. If you’re not obsessed with chocolate that much, you can halve its amount. A bowl, a spatula and a baking form – these are all you need. Just mix all the ingredients together, then put the form into the oven. Don’t forget the chocolate: you can put it in the batter and on the top, too.

●170 g it’s us miklos’ universal mix flour-mix
●50 g Dutch cocoa powder
●200 g cane sugar
●1 tsp vanilla flavouring
●100 g melted margarine
●2 db eggs, size “M”
●45 ml espresso
●125 g dark chocolate

Beat the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the cane sugar and mix with a spatula. Add the melted margarine, the Dutch cocoa powder, the flour-mix, the vanilla flavouring and the coffee to it. Once it has been mixed until there are no lumps, add 2/3 of the rustically chopped chocolate, then smooth it into a small loaf pan. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Cool to at least lukewarm.
