If you only have 3 minutes to whip up an incredibly soft, incredibly simple and delicious dessert, this is the cake for you. You will only need some things: a mixing bowl, a hand whisk or electric mixer and a 15 x 15 cm (square) cake tin. Mix together all the ingredients in the bowl, smooth the batter into the cake tin and bake your cake in preheated oven at 170℃ for about 30 minutes. The cake is perfect on its own or for a cake base, or even muffins can be made from the batter. You can throw fruits or rustically chopped dark chocolate into it. If you don’t eat eggs, add 100 ml more milk or plant-based drink to your batter. If you’re on a fructose-free diet, you can bake your cake with dextrose or sugar-free, with erythritol. Make it according to your diet and it will be a guaranteed success even among non-dieters.

●250 g it’s us miklos’ universal mix flour mix
●200 g sugar or 150 g dextrose
●40 g cocoa powder (sugar-free)
●12 g baking powder
●1 pc egg, size “M” or 100 ml plant-based drink
●300 g plant-based drink / milk
