Ingredients:
- 250 g Kitti’s chickpea fusilli
- olive oil
- smoked cubes of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 80 g parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Beat the eggs in a medium bowl and add some rasped cheese, salt and pepper to make a sauce. Fry the bacon in a pan and mix together with the cooked pasta and your sauce. Serve with extra cheese and pepper.
