Ingredients for 2 people:
- 250 g kitti’s chickpea fusilli
- olive oil
- smoked cubes of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 80 g parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs in a medium bowl and add some rasped cheese, salt and pepper to make a sauce.
- Fry the bacon in a pan and mix together with the cooked pasta and your sauce.
- Serve with extra cheese and pepper.
