Ingredients:
- 300 g it’s us kate’s sourdough low carb mix
- 130 g grated cheese
- 30 g chia seeds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 30 g linseeds
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g olive oil
- 230 g water
- 10 g salt
Preparation:
- In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and the cheese then add the olive oil and the water.
- Knead a dough then divide it into two equal parts. Roll out on a parchment paper into a very thin rectangle.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice it to parts as you like and with the help of the parching paper, pull it onto a large baking tray.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for approx. 20 minutes until crispy.
- The fried, crispy snacks can be easily broken apart along the cuts.
