Preparation:

  • In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and the cheese then add the olive oil and the water.
  • Knead a dough then divide it into two equal parts. Roll out on a parchment paper into a very thin rectangle.
  • Using a pizza cutter, slice it to parts as you like and with the help of the parching paper, pull it onto a large baking tray.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 190 ℃ for approx. 20 minutes until crispy.
  • The fried, crispy snacks can be easily broken apart along the cuts.
