Ingredients:
- 60 g butter or margarine (room temperature)
- 90 g powder sugar
- 1 egg, size “M”
- 10 g honey
- 175 g it’s us miklos’ universal mix flour mix
- 70 g cream / non-dairy cream
- 80 g water
- ice cream cone mold
Preparation:
- Measure the margarine and the powder sugar into a bowl, mix it till frothy, than add the egg and whisk again.
- Add the honey, the flour mix and stir until lumpfree.
- Loosen with the cream and water.
- Heat up the waffle maker, put a tablespoon of batter into it and cook it until golden brown.
- You can easily shape the waffle into an ice cream cone or wafer rolls.
- For the ice cream cone: roll up the hot waffle on the ice cream cone mold and let it cool there. The waffle can only be shaped while hot, when it cools down it is crispy.
- Let the cones cool on a wire rack.
- For the wafer roll: roll the hot wafer onto a cylinder-shaped device of a suitable thickness, this can be e.g. a wooden spoon.
