Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes – medium size
- 60 g grated cheese (can be smoked)
- 1 egg, size “M”
- 2-3 tbsp it’s us rice flour
- salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- granulated garlic to taste
- cumin to taste
Preparation:
- Grate the potatoes and the cheese with a cheese grater.
- Add the egg and the spices and mix together.
- Mix in the rice flour, one tbsp at a time. The batter should be soft.
- Grease a parchment paper thinly with oil and with the help of a tablespoon, form thin circles from the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes, but flip them over at halftime.
- Fill them to taste.
