Ingredients:
- 100 g kate’s low carb salty universal mix
- 115 g lukewarm water
- 10 g oil
- 5 g fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
- Knead the ingredients together lightly and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Knead again, shape it into 2 buns or small baguettes and bake in a convection oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
