Preparation:

  • Place the biscuits in a bowl of a food processor and process until finely crushed. Add all the ingredients and mix them till well combined.
  • Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into truffles and roll them in a little almond flour (or shredded coconut, cocoa powder, ground walnuts), then place them into the refrigerator until they cool down.
