Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 dkg of spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 dl dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large red onion
  • 80 dkg of cleaned shrimp
  • 1 large bunch of parsley
  • 2 chili peppers

Preparation:

  • Put the pasta in boiling water accompanied by a larger portion of salt.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onions for 1-2 minutes, then add the chopped garlic, fry further.
  • Add the cleaned shrimp, stir a little, then pour in the white wine.
  • Add salt and pepper, stir for a few minutes, then add the chopped chili peppers and finally the parsley.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil, mix well and serve with the cooked spaghetti.
