Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 dkg of spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dl dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- 1 large red onion
- 80 dkg of cleaned shrimp
- 1 large bunch of parsley
- 2 chili peppers
Preparation:
- Put the pasta in boiling water accompanied by a larger portion of salt.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onions for 1-2 minutes, then add the chopped garlic, fry further.
- Add the cleaned shrimp, stir a little, then pour in the white wine.
- Add salt and pepper, stir for a few minutes, then add the chopped chili peppers and finally the parsley.
- Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil, mix well and serve with the cooked spaghetti.
