Ingredients:
- 1 egg, size “M”
- 15 g melted butter, margarine or plant butter
- 6 g sugar
- 150 g plant-based drink
- 3 g baking powder
- 100 g it’s us miklos’ universal flour mix
For baking:
- 1 tsp margarine or plant butter
Preparation:
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl using a balloon whisk or an electronic hand mixer until you get a smooth, thick batter.
- Heat a little of the margarine to 160 degrees in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add 2 tbsp batter into the pan at a time to make small, round pancakes.
- After 3-4 mins cooking flip the pancakes over and cook fo another 2-3 mins until golden on both sides and cooked through.
- Serve stacked with lots of toppings of your choice (e.g. vegan butter, maple syrup and fruits).
