Ingredients:
- 4-5 ripe peaches
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- juice of a lemon
- 500 g it’s us mimen vanilla flavoured cake flour mix
- 110 g oil
- 225 g water
- butter or plant based spreadable
- it’s us rice flour
Preparation:
- Clean and slice or chop the peaches (remove their seeds). Bestrew them with cane sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- For the batter pour the flour mix, oil, water and the remained lemon juice into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined.
- Grease a 22 cm pie pan with butter or plant based spreadable and sprinkle with rice flour.
- Spread the peaches into the bottom of the pie pan and smooth the batter over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Let the cake stand for 10 minutes then flip it from the form to a cake plate.
- Sprinkle a bit of cane sugar over the top of the cake.
