Ingredients:
- 500 g lukewarm water
- 10 g honey
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 15 g it’s us naturbit psyllium fiber
- 500 g it’s us miklos’ seeded bread flour mix
- 15 g salt
- 15 g oil
Preparation:
- Measure the lukewarm water into a mixing bowl, add honey, crumble the yeast into it and set aside for some minutes until it foams up.
- Add the psyllium husk and whisk the batter until lump free. Let it rest for 1-2 minutes until it forms gel.
- Sprinkle the flour mix and the salt onto it while adding the oil, and knead it until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Place the dough into a proofing basket or a bowl covered with cling film and let it rise at room temperature for about 45 mins.
- Knead the risen dough again on a surface sprinkled with rice flour and gently spread it on a parchment paper into a 1.5-finger-thick rectangle.
- Cut the dough into triangles with a sharp knife and with the help of the parchment paper, place them onto a baking tray.
- Let it rise again at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- After baking, place them on a wire rack to cool down.
