Dough:

Tomato sauce:

  • 80 g tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 large pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

On top:

  • grated cheese / vegan cheese to taste

Preparation:

  • Measure the liquid ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix them well
  • Add the flour and the spices and with the help of a spoon, mix the batter together. Let it rest on room temperature for 15 mins. By the end of resting time, we get a dough that can be easily shaped.
  • During the resting time of the pizza, we can make the sauce and grate the cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients of the tomato sauce.
  • After resting, roll out the dough into a one and a half finger wide, thin, long strip. Spread it with the sauce, sprinkle it with grated cheese and roll it up carefully along its entire length.
  • Place the large roll into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with cheese and place it into the oven, preheated to 190°C. Bake it for approx. 30 mins.
