Ingredients for 2 people:
- 250 g kitti’s chickpea pasta
- 2 eggs
- smoked salmon
- sundried tomatoes
- parsley
- spinach leaves
Preparation:
- Cook the eggs until soft boiled (5-6’).
- Cook the pasta.
- Get a nice bowl and add the washed spinach leaves, smoked salmon and tomatoes.
- Peel the eggs and halve them, then add them to the bowl.
- Finish off with some parsley and season with pepper and salt.
