Preparation:

  • Cook the eggs until soft boiled (5-6’).
  • Cook the pasta.
  • Get a nice bowl and add the washed spinach leaves, smoked salmon and tomatoes.
  • Peel the eggs and halve them, then add them to the bowl.
  • Finish off with some parsley and season with pepper and salt.
