Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 dkg tagliatelle
- 125 ml cooking cream
- 15 dkg grated parmesan
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 dkg butter
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Meanwhile, put the egg yolk, grated parmesan, the cream, the grated lemon peel and juice of a lemon into a bowl.
- Mix them together with a whisk add the cooked hot pasta and butter as well.
- Serve with freshly ground pepper and basil.
