Ingredients:
- maria’s breadcrumbs
- minced garlic
- bell peppers
- goat cheese
- rosemary
- sea salt
Preparation:
- Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add breadcrumbs and sea salt, stirr constantly until toasted, 6-8 minutes.
- Set aside to cool down.
- Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and lightly coat with olive oil and salt. Place them on a baking sheet cut-side down.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes until lightly charred on all sides.
- Once cool enough to handle, fill each of the pepper halves with some goat cheese, then sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Finish off with rosemary herbs.
