Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Add breadcrumbs and sea salt, stirr constantly until toasted, 6-8 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool down.
  • Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and lightly coat with olive oil and salt. Place them on a baking sheet cut-side down.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes until lightly charred on all sides.
  • Once cool enough to handle, fill each of the pepper halves with some goat cheese, then sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and a pinch of coarse salt.
  • Finish off with rosemary herbs.
