Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Clean and slice or chop the peaches (remove their seeds). Bestrew them with cane sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • For the batter pour the flour mix, oil, water and the remained lemon juice into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until combined.
  • Grease a 22 cm pie pan with butter or plant based spreadable and sprinkle with rice flour.
  • Spread the peaches into the bottom of the pie pan and smooth the batter over it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Let the cake stand for 10 minutes then flip it from the form to a cake plate.
  • Sprinkle a bit of cane sugar over the top of the cake.
