Ingredients:
- 120 g miklos’ universal mix
- 450 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour a portion of the batter into a lightly oiled and heated pan.
- Cook on both sides until the pancake turns into a golden brown colour.
- Stack them together on a nice plate, sprinkle some raspberries, chocolate chunks and mint leaves on top.
- Serve with a dollop of peanut butter and finish off with some swirls of maple syrup.
