Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Pour a portion of the batter into a lightly oiled and heated pan.
  • Cook on both sides until the pancake turns into a golden brown colour.
  • Stack them together on a nice plate, sprinkle some raspberries, chocolate chunks and mint leaves on top.
  • Serve with a dollop of peanut butter and finish off with some swirls of maple syrup.
