Ingredients:
- 200 g it’s us vanilla shortbread biscuits
- 250 g sweetened chestnut puree
- 100 g it’s us almond flour
- 2 tbsp dutch cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powder sugar
- 30 ml rum or rum flavour
- punch flavour to taste
- 50 g melted margarine
- sour cherry (not necessary)
- desiccated coconut
Preparation:
- Place the biscuits in a bowl of a food processor and process until finely crushed. Add all the ingredients and mix them till well combined.
- Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into truffles and roll them in a little coconut. In the middle of each truffles you can put a sour cherry as well.
