Why mimen?
The ingredients of mimen products are free of all major allergens and do not contain corn either. We use valuable raw materials as e.g. millet, chickpeas and tapioca for production. We also strive to exclude additional allergenic substances (milk, egg) when developing the recipes.

Maria founded It’s us together with Miklos, her husband. She loves to bake a cake or muffins for friends and family. On a rainy afternoon, she loves to knit. But she’s not the passive type at all, cycling in nature is one of her other passions.
