Ingredients:
- 150 g it’s us cocoa crumbly biscuits
- 150 g it’s us vanilla crumbly biscuits
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dutch cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp jam
- 3 tbsp plant-based drink
- it’s us almond flour
Preparation:
- Place the biscuits in a bowl of a food processor and process until finely crushed. Add all the ingredients and mix them till well combined.
- Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into truffles and roll them in a little almond flour (or shredded coconut, cocoa powder, ground walnuts), then place them into the refrigerator until they cool down.
