Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes – medium size
  • 60 g grated cheese (can be smoked)
  • 1 egg, size “M”
  • 2-3 tbsp it’s us rice flour
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • granulated garlic to taste
  • cumin to taste

Preparation:

  • Grate the potatoes and the cheese with a cheese grater.
  • Add the egg and the spices and mix together.
  • Mix in the rice flour, one tbsp at a time. The batter should be soft.
  • Grease a parchment paper thinly with oil and with the help of a tablespoon, form thin circles from the batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes, but flip them over at halftime.
  • Fill them to taste.
